The optimal season runs from November to April, with dry weather, pleasant temperatures (25-32°C) and clear skies. From May to October is the rainy season: the landscape is greener and prices are lower, although some roads may be less accessible. The Saloum Delta is spectacular at any time.

In Lompoul you will sleep in Bedouin-style lodge tents located in the heart of the dunes. They are equipped with real beds, a fan, and a mosquito net. There is no permanent electricity or wifi, which is part of the experience. The showers are cold or warm water depending on the camp. A night you will not forget.
